• Usage & device information — pages viewed, browser type, and general device information, collected automatically to keep the site working and secure.

We use your information to process and fulfill orders, respond to support requests, maintain your account and order history, and improve the site. We only send marketing or promotional email if you've opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

We use essential cookies and local browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and remember preferences like your selected dose. We do not use these to sell your data to third parties.

We do not sell your personal information. We share only what's necessary to run the business — for example, shipping carriers (to deliver your order) and payment processors (to complete a transaction) — and only for that purpose.

We retain order and account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with legal and accounting obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.

This site is intended for use by adults 18 and older purchasing for laboratory research purposes. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of adighalabs.com. By placing an order or otherwise using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old and purchasing for legitimate laboratory or research use. By ordering, you confirm you are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or otherwise purchasing on behalf of an organization equipped to safely handle research compounds.

Every product on this site is sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use. Nothing on this site is intended for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or any therapeutic use. See our full Disclaimer for details.

You're responsible for keeping your account access secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Sign-in uses a one-time email code rather than a password.

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including for suspected misuse, pricing errors, or unavailable inventory.
• An order confirmation does not guarantee product availability — you'll be notified if anything in your order can't be fulfilled.

You agree not to resell, represent, or use any product for human or animal consumption, diagnostic use, or any application prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction regarding the purchase, possession, and use of research compounds.

All site content — text, graphics, logos, and product descriptions — belongs to Adigha Labs or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Products are provided "as is" for research use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adigha Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product purchased through this site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Adigha Labs is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day ship the same day; everything else ships the next business day. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.

• Standard (2–5 business days): $9 flat rate — free on orders over $150.
• Expedited (1–2 business days): $19 flat rate.
• Currently we ship within the U.S. only. International shipping isn't available yet.

Every order ships in discreet, unmarked packaging with no product names or company branding visible on the outside. Lyophilized (freeze-dried) compounds are shelf-stable at room temperature, so cold-chain or insulated shipping isn't required.

Track any order from the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or from your account's order history at any time.

Every order includes free shipment protection. If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (with photos, for damage) and we'll send a one-time replacement at no cost.

Sealed, unopened vials can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method, minus original shipping costs. This keeps every compound we accept back verifiably untouched and safe to restock.

Once a vial's seal is broken or a compound has been reconstituted, it can no longer be returned — this is a safety and integrity requirement, not a preference, since we can no longer verify what happened to it after it left our facility.

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll send a free one-time replacement — no return shipping required.

1. Contact us with your order number and which item(s) you're returning.
2. We'll confirm eligibility and send you a return shipping label.
3. Once we receive and inspect the sealed item, we'll process your refund.

Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item, back to your original payment method. There's no restocking fee on eligible returns.

Every compound sold on this site is intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use by qualified professionals. None of our products are approved for, or intended for, human consumption, veterinary use, diagnostic use, cosmetic use, or any therapeutic or medical application, in any form.

They are provided for research and educational context only, are not a substitute for professional medical advice, and are not claims about what any product will do for a person.

Every batch is independently tested and a Certificate of Analysis is made available — see Certificates of Analysis — but a CoA verifies laboratory testing results only. It is not, and should not be read as, an endorsement of any use outside of laboratory research.

A CoA is a third-party lab report tied to one specific batch. The fields that matter most:

• Identity — confirms the vial contains the labeled compound (typically by mass spectrometry).
• Purity (HPLC) — the percentage of the sample that is the intended compound, versus byproducts or degradation.
• Heavy metals & microbial screening — confirms the batch is free of contaminants above safe laboratory thresholds.
• Batch / lot number — ties the report to the exact vials from that production run, which is why the batch number on your vial should match the CoA you're checking.

• Store sealed, lyophilized vials at room temperature, away from direct light; refrigerate after reconstitution per your lab's protocol.
• Use appropriate PPE and aseptic technique when reconstituting or handling any compound.
• Keep batch numbers and CoAs on file alongside your own lab records for traceability.
• Dispose of sharps and chemical waste according to your institution's and local regulations.
